I left town for a week and harvested this (plus four extremely large zucchini) when I returned. I think I am going to have to can salsa and pickles this weekend or else give some of it away.

Dear Green Cow:We had a wonderful visit last week to your farm. Our class of over 60 USC Marshall School’s Executive MBA stdenuts really enjoyed the lunch. These are well travelled executives, but they thought the food in your farm was superb. One student even made a comment: the best food, not only in China, but also in all other places that I visited . Thank you.
